SEASONS Workshop 2026

The SEASONS (Space Environment Applications Systems and Operations for National Security) Workshop examines the impacts of space weather on critical U.S. infrastructure and national security assets, while exploring solutions alongside leaders and decision-makers from government, industry, and research institutions.

The 2026 SEASONS Workshop will take place from June 9 to 11 at Johns Hopkins APL.

Register to attend the SEASONS Workshop. Registration will close on Friday, May 22, 2026. All payments and visit requests must be submitted by this date.

Important Information

- June 9 (Day 1): Sessions will be unclassified (Distribution A).

- June 10 (Day 2): Sessions will be held at the SECRET//NOFORN level. An active security clearance (Secret or higher) is required for attendance.

- June 11 (Day 3): Sessions will be held at the TS//SI/TK//NOFORN level. A TS//SI/TK level clearance (or higher) is required for attendance.

Security Requirements

Registrants participating in sessions on June 10 and/or June 11 must send confirmation of their security clearances through a visit request to APL’s Visitor Control by Friday, May 22, 2026. Please see the workshop’s registration form for instructions.
