Colloquium Topic: My Experiences Hacking Automobiles, Ships, and Airplanes

This talk is an unclassified look at some of the most common RF based hacking techniques for cars, ships, and aircraft as well as how those vulnerabilities came about in the first place.



Colloquium Speaker: James "Nick" Ashworth

Nick Ashworth joined the Navy as a civilian in 2012 after getting his masters in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.  In 2014 he joined NAVAIR's Cyber Test and Evaluation group, and helped establish the largest aircraft hacking group within the DoD.  Currently he is getting his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Tulsa.
