Dr. Collin Timm is a senior staff scientist interested in environmental and human microbiomes, as well as plant biology and the effects of environmental conditions on organisms within an ecosystem. His work is motivated by detecting changes in the ecosystem due to natural events (such as seasonal temperatures or climate change) or direct human activity (toxins or chemicals). Additional areas of expertise include microbiology and plant biology.
