The Mousetrap

Written by Agatha Christie
Directed by Rebecca Koslover and Madeline Kirk

The Mousetrap was a stunning directorial debut by the duo of Rebecca Koslover and Madeline Kirk. The first mystery performed by the Drama Club, The Mousetrap was a deftly balanced thriller. The play tells the story of a group of strangers temporarily trapped at a small inn during a snowstorm. At first, their biggest problems are merely clashing personalities, but those problems go out the door as a policeman climbs in through the window. The policeman informs the tenants that he believes a murderer is in their midst - a murderer who has already struck once and plans to strike twice more. The residents immediately suspect each other as they try to discover and stop the murderer before it's too late.

The Mousetrap gave Drama Club audiences something they had never seen before with a thrilling, edge-of-your-seat mystery, and set the bar even higher for future Drama Club shows!
