Similar in function to APL’s Office of Technology Transfer (OTT), Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV) is the commercialization center of Johns Hopkins University (JHU). In addition to serving as the intellectual property administration and licensing office for JHU inventors, JHTV also supports the growth of entrepreneurs and start-up companies in and around the university. Within JHTV, inventors can leverage translational funding programs and venture capital networking, support services such as mentorship and accelerator programming, and start-up incubation workspace at three innovation hubs.
