Dr. Samuel Tardieu, assistant professor in the Networks and Computer Science Dept of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications is one of the main GLADE architects. (More information at http://www.act-europe.fr/ - click on Products, GLADE)
He is working on developing robust frameworks for developing reliable large-scale distributed systems. He is also an official Debian GNU/Linux developer and is in charge of maintaining the GNAT port for this Linux distribution, which runs on Intel, Sparc, PowerPC and M68000 architectures.
