Mr. Rush Kester is currently a Software Systems Engineer with AdaSoft on contract to the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. He has over twenty years experience in software development and management, primarily in the aerospace industry (GE, GTE, CSC). The applications Mr. Kester has developed or managed include: Command, Control, and Communications; Man-Machine Interface; Performance Monitoring/Fault Location, Simulation (stimulation/emulation), System Software and Software/System Development Environments and Tools. He is experienced on a variety of host and target systems (including Windows 95/NT, OpenVMS and UNIX) and in a variety of high-level programming languages (including 10 years designing & developing systems in Ada, and Fortran).
Mr. Kester has been active in the SIGAda community, including two terms as Chair of D.C. SIGAda, WAdaS'96 Program Chair. He recently Chaired the Professional Development Seminars portions of SIGAda'98. Rush is a charter member of "Team-Ada."
