Steve Grimaldi, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Engineering of Objective Interface Systems, Inc., spearheads the initiatives of the company's cross-functional teams of sales, marketing, engineering, customer service and business development. Steve joined Objective Interface in 1998 as the Director of Engineering.  As Director of Engineering, Steve guided the development of the ORBexpress(tm) product line while playing a major role in business development and marketing. Steve has spent the last twenty years involved in the research and development of real-time and distributed systems.  Steve earned a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has over 20 years experience in both engineering and business development for companies such as Booz-Allen & Hamilton and Arinc Research.
