Norma Lee
Todd serves APL's Office of Technology Transfer as the Assistant Supervisor. She manages licensing efforts for the office along with directing the OTT's IR&D projects. Ms. Todd also oversees a diverse portfolio of candidate technologies for commercialization. She came to APL after 15 years in the aerospace industry with responsibilities in engineering, project management and marketing. Ms. Todd holds a master's degree in Technology Management. |
