Kristin M. Gray is a technology transfer expert with more than 17 years of experience. She has negotiated more than 120 license agreements and was honored by the Baltimore Business Journal with a 40 Under 40 award for “business success and community contributions."
Ms. Gray was part of the original team that established the first Office of Technology Transfer at the JHU Applied Physics Laboratory in 1999. Prior to that, she worked at the University of Maryland's technology transfer office for eight years. Ms. Gray became Technology Transfer Director for APL in 2006.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College and is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and the Association of University Technology Managers.
