Invention of the Year
Each year the APL Office of Technology Transfer and the Office of Patent Counsel assemble an independent review panel to select winners from the hundreds of inventions representing the work of the past calendar year. The winning technologies are selected and celebrated based on their likely benefit to society, improvement over existing technology and commercial potential.
