Try Out for the Team:Summer Internships

  • ATLAS - APL Technology Leaders Summer Internship Program for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and Minority Institutions. ATLAS is a unique paid summer engineering program that provides college students who have completed their junior year with educational opportunities in research, leadership development, and professional growth.
  • GEM - The National Consortium for Graduate Degrees for Minorities in Engineering and Science, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting minority students who want to attend grad school.

Feeding the Pipeline of Future Engineers and Scientists

  • MESA - Maryland MESA (Mathematics, Engineering, and Science Achievement) stimulates interest in technical careers and providing assistance to prepare students for college majors in technical fields.
