	 nondefense U.S. government agencies\, international governments and regul
	ated commercial industries. Hill leads approximately 10\,000 employees who
	 are responsible for a wide array of information technology systems and se
	rvices in areas such as information and cyber security\, finance\, transpo
	rtation\, citizen protection\, energy\, health care and space exploration.
	</FONT></SPAN></P>\n\n<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Arial">Hil
	l joined Lockheed Martin in 1987 as a software engineer and assumed positi
	ons of increasing responsibility\, most recently serving as vice president
	\, Corporate Internal Audit. She also served as vice president and general
	 manager of the Electronic Systems-Mission Systems &amp\; Sensors\, Baltim
	ore site\, with a diverse portfolio that included Army and Navy launching 
	systems\, Coast Guard air and surface systems\, Army persistent threat det
	ection systems\, laser and sensor systems and ship automation. </FONT></SP
	AN></P>\n\n<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Arial">Hill graduated
	 with high honors from the University of Maryland\, Baltimore County (UMBC
	)\, with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Computer Science and Economi
	cs. She is a board member of the Greater Baltimore Committee and the Maryl
	and Business Roundtable. She also serves on the TechAmerica Public Sector 
	Board of Directors and the RTCA NextGen Advisory Committee\, which develop
	s recommendations to the Federal Aviation Administration regarding its mod
	ernization of the National Airspace System.</FONT></SPAN></P>\n\n<P DIR=LT
	R><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Arial">In 2012\, the Women of Color STEM 
	(Science\, Technology\, Engineering and Mathematics) conference recognized
	 Hill for career achievement in industry\, and UMBC named her as Outstandi
	ng Alumna of the Year in Engineering &amp\; Information Technology. Hill r
	eceived the Women of Color in Technology President’s Award in 2008\; the
	 Top 100 Women of Maryland in May 2006\; Black Engineer of the Year Alumni
	 Award in 2006\; Lockheed Martin’s Engineer of the Year in 1999\; and Bl
	ack Engineer of the Year Most Promising Engineer in 1993.</FONT></SPAN></P
	>\n\n<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Arial">Hill is active in th
	e community\, with a passion for engaging youth in STEM fields. She mentor
	s students and served on the Maryland governor’s STEM Task Force in 2009
