Strategic Assessments Country Workshop Series

The Country  Workshop Series brings together nationally recognized experts in a specific field for an informal discussion  of major concerns related to individual countries, organizations, and issues of critical importance to US  national security.  JHU/APL initiated the series in 2006 to provide senior staff and invited guests with a better understanding  of the complex international environment that will confront US and JHU/APL decision-makers over the  next decade.  To date, the Strategic Assessments Office has sponsored five Country Workshops and will continue with additional workshops in 2008.
