Business and Communication Services Department

The Business and Communication Services Department (BCSD) provides an infrastructure for support of APL's technical work. The array of services includes accounting, finance, budgeting, auditing, prime contract administration, subcontract administration, purchasing, material management, and external/internal technical communications.

BCSD performs the tasks required for multiple prime contracts with agencies of the U.S. government to ensure that all business transactions are conducted in compliance with good business practices and with the regulations of the federal government.
