JHU/APL Norfolk Office Visitor Information

The Norfolk Office provides sponsors and invited guests with a conference room for up to 25 people.

All visitors to the Norfolk Office must present government or other photo identification. All visitors must also sign the office Visitor Log and display a visitor badge for the duration of their visit.

Classified Visits
To conduct classified business a Visit Request Form is required to use the APL Norfolk Office.  Such requests must include all information citied in the Visit Request Form and be faxed to (757) 455-5619, which should be received no later than 48 hours before the requested date and time.

Restricted and Prohibited Items
Visitors' personal electronic systems such as cellular telephones, BlackBerry® or iPod devices, and personal digitalassistants (PDA) must be turned off or left at the receptionist's desk during classified activities.  No cameras or devices such as cellular telephones with camera capability are allowed in the Norfolk Office at any time.
