Visitor Information
Visitors have a range of services at their disposal, including Internet and e-mail service connections, voice-over-internet-protocol (VOIP) phones, administrative support, and temporary storage for classified and unclassified documents. All visitors to the Huntsville Office are required to have government or other photo identification. All visitors must also sign the office visitor log and display a visitor badge during their visit.
Classified Visits
Visit requests are required in order to conduct classified business at APL’s Huntsville Field Office. To prevent check-in delays, please complete a Visit Request Form and fax it to 256-430-0820 at least 48 hours before your visit. Please send a follow-up e-mail with a list of visitors to the Huntsville Field Office.
Restricted and Prohibited Items
PDAs and cell phones are permitted within the facility, but these devices must be turned off during classified visits and meetings, or when classified discussions are taking place. Cameras are not allowed, but cellular phones with built-in cameras are permitted.
