Running the DARK Program: Overview

Start the DARK program (use Windows Explorer (or define a short cut on the menu)). The program is very simple to operate. Using the file menu:

Open the Dark current file in the DARK directory. Now all you have to do is click on Save. You should be aware that the program does not have a SaveAs function. Your dark current file will be overwritten.

Do this for all three CCD Dark current files.

Now we are ready to process the data with the FLAT Program.
